Board & Full Training: $1,025.00 a calendar month in advance, due before the 5th of every month. Late fees applied after the 5th of the month.

Board & Full Training Includes

• Hay (Alfalfa or Timothy) fed up to 4 times a day along with Sweet Feed or Equine Senior (quantity to be managed by EVF depending on each horse's dietary needs)
• 5 sessions per week ridden by client or trainer (includes up to 3 lessons a wk)
• Lessons are generally private and normally 45-60 minutes in length, however they may run slightly over/under depending on each horse and/or rider's progress.
• Turn out 7 days a week (weather permitting)
• Use of tack room and grooming areas
• Blanketing and leg washing/medicating (depending on conditions) after turn out
• Scheduling of veterinary and farrier services (outside
  vets/farriers will need to be scheduled by client & crossties are only
  available on Monday afternoons. A handling fee of $25 will be
  charged if EVF staff needs to assist)
• Mane pulling and clipping (Body Clipping separate)
• Administration of medicines and/or supplements (product provided by owner)

• Matted stalls with fresh shavings- cleaned throughout the day
• Water buckets cleaned daily

Misc Training Rates:

• $45.00 for a Lesson (when not in full training)
• $45.00 for a Training Ride (when not in full training)
• Plus $10.00 "Haul In" fee payable to Donida Farm

• $35.00 for local shows (in addition to the training fees described above)
• $50.00 for away shows (in addition to the training fees described above) Horse Show rates are in addition to the training fees described above

Does not include the following "typical" expenses which will be divided evenly between all horses attending:

* A non-refundable deposit check for the estimated split out expenses will be required the Saturday before the horse show. EVF will send an invoice with the estimated amount approximately two weeks prior to the horse show.
* Please note groom tips are extra and expected.
* All clients are responsible for their show entries & providing an open check for the horse show office and braider (if applicable).
* A sign up sheet will be posted on the EVF tack rooom door for each show on the EVF horse show schedule. Putting your name on the sign up sheet commits you to the non-refundable deposit amount and horse show splits even if you do not attend the horse show (only exception is personal emergencies and horse unsoundness/illness).

Horse Show Fees for horses NOT in Full Training for 30 days prior to the show

• $45.00 for local shows
• $60.00 for away shows
• Split portion of the above "typical" expenses

Hauling by Encanto Valley Farm $50.00 (0-50 miles), $0.75 each mile over 50 miles.

Hauling by Outside Rig, by quotation.

Miscellaneous Items:

• Body Clipping, by quotation
• Show Clips & Mane Pulls (For horses not in full training) $20.00
• Blanket Cleaning & Repair, will be shipped out and billed accordingly
• Sales Commission on sales/purchases, 10% of purchase/sale price.

• Paste Worming~ $12.00 every 8 weeks
• Handling Fee for non EVF veterinarians/farriers~ $25.00 per time

Stable Rules:

• Garbage and animal waste MUST be placed in disposal bins.
• Horses must be cooled and cleaned after exercise.
• All tack, equipment, and supplies must be cleaned and put away after use.
• Helmets & safety gear must be worn when riding.
• Juniors must have a chin strap.
• Proper riding attire must be worn including boots that cover heel and have a 1” heel.
• All riders must have shirts with sleeves and shirts must be tucked in.
• Pants/Breeches must be secured with a belt.
• Tennis shoes & hiking boots may not be worn when riding.
• Shoes & shirts must be worn at all times around stable.
• Running & loud noises are not allowed around the horses.
• NO unauthorized or unsupervised jumping.
• An EVF boarding agreement must be signed before the horse can be boarded.
• A Donida riding release must be signed before a client is instructed.
• An Encanto Valley Farm training agreement must be signed before the horse will be trained.
• An Encanto Valley Farm student release must be signed before a client is instructed.
• An Encanto Valley Farm horse show rules form must be signed before a client attends their first show with EVF.
• All horses in training must undergo scheduled worming, vaccinations, shoeing, and dental work.

Encanto Valley Farm LLC Board and Training will be paid in advance.

• A thirty (30) day written notice is required to terminate the board and training contract, unless other arrangements have been made with Morgan Carr. There are no refunds. Credit might be issued depending on the circumstances.
• Monthly EVF invoices are due the 5th of each month.
• Client must be current on Encanto Valley Farm Board & Training Fees, Sport Horse Medicine Vet Fees, John D'Alessandro farrier fees before the horse can permanently leave Donida Farm. Final payment must be made with cash or a cashier’s check unless other arrangements have been made with Morgan Carr.
